Project; It consists of 54 luxurious 2-storey villas (28.300 m²), a VIP villa (2.000 m²) and the club building (2.000 m²) with its restaurant, hookah lounge and listening lounge.
Each villa with excellent equipment has common features such as private swimming pool and parking lot and has unique architecture and exquisite environmental beauties. The green landscape on the hills made by human hand prevents each villa terrace from being seen from the environment. First quality materials were used for interior decoration.
VIP villas have an indoor swimming pool, sports room and private parking as well as many rooms. Quality is prioritized in decoration.
The clubhouse includes an open buffet restaurant, listening room, traditional hookah lounge, terraces and ornamental pool. Design projects were also done by our company.
Project; includes all civil, electrical, mechanical, landscape and infrastructure works. Furniture is also included in the scope of work.
